We should probably archive the website repository, and update https://github.com/gitonomy/gitlib/tree/master/doc so that it's more easily readable.

So apparently .rst files are from Python. Any objections to converting to .md files? Markdown seems to be the better standard, well understood by Githib (better than rst), richer, and much more PHP support than rst

There appears to be the old web site source in another repo. Probably
worth folding into this one to keep everything in the same place. Also I
am planning on doing a dynamic PHP documentation component next year. I
can use this project as an example actually. Basically you create a page
with the documentor class, specify what directories to scan (or specify it
is a composer project), and it will dynamically display all libraries in
your project. Perfect for your local documentation of exactly what is in
your project. Will use docblocks and .md files, so we should probably do
something with md files. I will also be adding a generate static html files
option for high volume sites. Going to be a fun project.
Anyway, let me know the best approach for this repo and I will submit a PR.

More investigation shows the docs are in the doc directory as .rst files (never heard of them, but github seems to understand them). I will submit a PR removing all references to gitonomy.com and make sure all links are valid. I think there may be a documentation link validator. Will investigate that as well.
Let me know of anything else you can think of.

Yeh, I know. These are rich text documents. It's just another typesetting format, like markdown. The doc folder was rendered by the old website, which turned the rst files into html pages.

I think I know of a way to link directly into the github account. Should
work. Also no need to update anything else but the docs. Github will do
the display work for us.
