Gitlab installation problem about gitlab-recipes HOT 3 CLOSED

You mean you ran this bundle install --deployment --without development test postgres aws? The error you posted shows you didn't specify postgres in the above command.

These are the instructions that I followed, so what am I suppose to do?

Install Gems

su -
gem install charlock_holmes --version '0.6.9.4'
exit

For MySQL (note, the option says "without ... postgres"):

cd /home/git/gitlab/
bundle install --deployment --without development test postgres puma aws

Initialize Database and Activate Advanced Features

cd /home/git/gitlab
bundle exec rake gitlab:setup RAILS_ENV=production

OK, figured it out, I was running the command as root rather than git. Worked OK....
