It looks like when I try to use it, I get the following:

I made the following changes that fixed it:

if(!defined('DOKU_INC')) define('DOKU_INC', dirname(__FILE__).'/../../../../');
#define('DOKU_INC', '/var/www/htdocs/dokuwiki/');
define('DOKU_MEDIAMANAGER', 1); // needed to get proper CSS/JS

Now I get to see this:

Thanks again. This may need to be something that is enabled as a switch in the config depending on each wiki environment?
