根据markdown作者的论点，综合已有的wiki条目，我决定只增加.markdown后缀支持。

这个应该以 github 的标准为准吧。因为毕竟是基于github的page，如果我的repo有其他markdown的后缀，但是在gitblog-io里面却看不见，会很奇怪。
