pcf8574 connected to 8channel relay board controlled via i2c off a raspberry pi and libwiring
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
this lets you have control over 8 high current channels using just usb power and raspberry pi + additional $22  dollars or so.

build with:

make



ch_control 5 1 - turns on channel 5

ch_control 6 0 - turns off channel 6

super simple

the jumper on the relay board should be in JD-VCC position

About pcf8574 io problem

hello
I dont know how can i control each io port and make them output high or low.Does the io can be controled by send something to the address such as 0x08 0x00? I am a beginer of the i2c i cant understand how to make a driver from the datasheet. ps:My running environment is raspberry pi(arm v6)linux I use python
