Should be easily doable just by exposing the Factory and maybe Device to the user, and probably the RenderBuffer as well or whatever it's called so that they can include it in their own pipeline types.
If we give a little more control over how the ggez Encoder is flushed in the present() function we could even make it so that users could use both ggez's graphics code and their own and make them overlap. Tempting.

Made some VERY EXPERIMENTAL support for this in commit 48b4756. It appears to actually work in principle, but I don't have an example that gets the transform setup right yet.
