I can confirm the bug. The ICS is applied only after some media is loaded and you go to the Preferences.

I put a fix for it in the current main branch of the repository. If you dare to compile it yourself, go to your local mrv2 repository and do:

$ cd your_local_clone_of_mrv2/
$ git switch main
$ git pull
$ ./runme.sh

If you don't want to compile it yourself, you'll need to wait for the next release of mrv2.
