Hoisting common dependencies would be a huge win. Will be looking into this as soon as possible. Thank you for the suggestion!

Todos:
- Hoist all local module variables to the top of the file (will prevent scoping issues and improve optimization) - This effectively removes the globalObject option.
- Remove all unnecessary dependency names from each module (dependency names that are not used, dependency names that directly match the name of an existing dependency, etc)
- Create an aggressiveOptimizations option that hoists and removes callback parameter names that do not match an existing dependency name and are used more than once.
