python3: Drop piksemel in favor of standard XML library about eopkg HOT 7 CLOSED

If you are decisive about the continuing Solus Project and porting code to python3 and to stand up Solus (extensionally sequel of Pardus 2011) again, I would love to help.

and also piksemel is very fast xml parser, you may look my previous occupation was SulinOS I especially kept piksemel and comar their speed.

If you want to look, I renamed them due to not deal someone who claims have the naming rights of Pisi and Comar and other thing (this is a futile efford for him)

pisi -> inary
comar -> scom
piksemel -> iksemel

and also if you deal a bit (specially you can use inary's xml part) you can get support with python's xml library's support but I'm especially recommending to use piksemel. Because python's xml library is sooooooooooooooooooo slow.

We very much appreciate the effort you put into this and in fact we pulled in some commits of yours. However, please be aware that we would prefer to maintain compatibility with the Python standard library XML API. Should we find it slow, we'll probably switch over to libraries with similar API, if not drop-in replacements, like lxml.
