Add Issue Tracking Documentation about sentry-docs HOT 3 CLOSED

I get an error when I invite member。
why I got this error??
the error is[Errno 111] Connection refused

@richardweiu this issue has nothing to do with your question. Frankly, I'm starting to get annoyed with directing you to the appropriate places to get support. Running Sentry yourself involves knowing how to run the services. If you're not wiling to take that effort then you should not attempt running it. It's not a simple service, and it requires a non-trivial dependency graph and knowledge.
