@ryantheleach, what do you mean under "theme"?
If you mean selected classification colors, sizes, fonts and so on so forth, you can just give some other users your settings file (or receive from them) and place it to a special place. It was discussed in the similar issue #47 and then location of settings was added to the readme.
If you mean something else, please, let me know about it.
