Custom subsetting about eb-garamond HOT 4 CLOSED

subsetting OpenType Layout features isn't trivial. At Fontlab Ltd.,
we're currently working on a new font subsetter which implements
OpenType Layout subsetting. It's not finalized yet.

Would you kindly send me the "input" and "output" fonts offline to adam
at fontlab dot com, i.e. the original font file along with the subset
you've tried to create, and I would test it with our tool, and send you
the subset(s) back.

You can try ttfsubset or my (unfinished) font-subset. I had mixed success with ttfsubset, but I was able to use font-subset to subset Amiri font correctly (thanks to using FontForge), though it is a bit greedy when there are contextual substitutions.
