• do you have any particular shell bindings with your arrow keys (or shell plugins that modify their behaviour, for example Vim keys or so)?

I'm using Windows Terminal on Window 11. I tried PowerShell and cmd.

I have to use h,j,k,l to move up page, down, up, down page

If using hjkl does work, then this means that vim keybindings are active in your shell (for some reasons): would this not be perhaps some defaults of PowerShell itself?

However, the navigation is provided by promptui and is not touched/modified by the code. Moreover in this reference you can see the promptui defaults, so arrow keys must work unless they are modified by the shell you are into.
