For tag completion, the results are directly from taglist(), which has duplicates since there can be tags with the same name but different cmd. (Note this is the same behavior as wildmenu - completing :tag a will have duplicates too)

To filter out duplicates you can add the following config:

call wilder#set_option('pipeline', [
      \   wilder#branch(
      \     wilder#cmdline_pipeline({... config ...}) + [
      \       wilder#result({
      \         'value': {ctx, value, data -> get(data, 'cmdline.expand', '') ==# 'tags' ?
      \           wilder#python_uniq_filt(ctx, 0, value) : value},
      \       }),
      \     ],
      \    ... other pipelines ...
      \ )]

Use wilder#uniq_filt() in place of wilder#python_uniq_filt() if you are not using Python.

Regarding tags in general, I don't use them in my workflow so the current tag support is quite basic. Ideally duplicated tag names will be handled properly by showing the cmd, but I have no current plans for this.
