As I mentioned previously, the test cases are not supposed to be a reference for how you should use the crate with real world datasets. They implement limited data structures, such as ItemSet8
, which is only able to handle 8 distinct items. There is a comment right above that definition stating that you shouldn't use anything like that for production.
There are two places where you may find documentation and examples suited for production usage:

- A project I made that uses the crate: https://github.com/gahag-ml/icpsr-36404-analysis/blob/master/src/itemset.rs. This is an example of how I used this crate for mining a real world dataset. There, you can see how to use the crate in a real scenario, but it's not focused on being thoroughly commented.
