I think the problem is that you don't have Nodejs installed on your Raspberry Pi.

/bin/sh: 1: node: not found - here is your problem

Run below command, it will install nodejs for you.

Using Debian, as root
curl -sL https://deb.nodesource.com/setup_11.x | bash -
apt-get install -y nodejs

from uptime.
