hmm, weird issue. it works fine for me. are you sure you're running the wine-osu wine? looking at htop I see wine-wow-6.0.1 when it should be wine-osu-6.14.

I think the problem with audio stems from you not using pipewire. The wine-osu wine requests the lowest available period, and pulse might not be able to handle it well. Instructions on enabling pipewire are in this project's readme.
About the connection issue: it happened to me as well, but after waiting a bit it connected. I'm working on updating the wine version to 7.0 which should fix that entirely, but time's short so I can't guarantee I'll finish it before the second half of February.
