Can you check, if you still have an old version of pydoc.vim in your .vim/plugin or .vim/ftplugin directories?

Hmm not that I know of. I have some custom python ftplugin scripts + syntax stuff: here is my current .vim folder which might you might make more sense https://github.com/askedrelic/homedir/tree/master/.vim

You seem to not have the latest version in your tree:
https://github.com/askedrelic/homedir/tree/master/.vim/bundle/vim-pydoc/plugin
It has been converted to a ftplugin a couple of month ago. Can you throw away the above directory and fetch the latest head from my repo?

You are totally correct! I did not realize I had an older version of pydoc installed, my mistake. Thanks for the help!
