We did not benchmark this.
I know form one user that error corrected reads will lead to a higher consensus over the breakpoint position and thus could improve the reliability of the breakpoints.

I am always a bit afraid that the error correction will erase heterozygous events and thus I am not applying it on my current projects.

If you benchmark it, please let me know how it goes.

yes. the heterozygous lost is a problem too.

corrected reads step is quite difficult too. we will not start this until this issue is fixed.
