yep, this will allow the user to choose the entity manager he wants to sue instead of forcing the default one.

Well, IMO you should implement the support of the ODM as well (look at FOSUB for the way to do) and clean it if this PR is merged one day

ODM implemented, however will remain open until the manager registries are available in symfony
@stof, I assume FOSUB will update its extension code for the PR that was merged -- https://github.com/symfony/DoctrineMongoDBBundle/pull/47 ?

@merk FOSUB will get an updated version for Symfony 2.1 yes.
I still have a few things that I want to do for FOSUB for its 1.1 release (mostly improving the Propel support which sucks currently) and then I will make master require Symfony 2.1 to use its new features to fix some issues
