Support building on Java 9 about frost-server HOT 9 CLOSED

The SensorThingsServer.Core module is now building fine, but there is still a (little) error from the SensorThingsServer.SQL.PGLong module. Javadoc generation fails:

Note I'm not interested to the project's Javadoc so I can skip it by using mvn clean install -Dmaven.javadoc.skip=true and then the build goes well.

The latest version should also build on Java 9. I've not tested running on Java 9 yet.
