If any one check 1st time with this filter and next time when they goes to particular list view and clear filter but again filter is applied?? so how we can remove these default filter?? about frappe HOT 4 CLOSED

When you remove the filter from the "Sales Order" doctype, then switch to doctype and come back to the "Sales Order" doctype, the filter you removed earlier isn't applied again.

If user filter out any recorded with any options and next time they don't wan't this filter default then how?

I believe you need to remove the filter yourself. There's only one choice there.

@Nihantra-Patel I have checked lot much time with different users and removing filters but again filters are applied, also checked on different browser
