@joshreeder I tested this. The field is working in mobile app also.
The issue is that the signature in the field is not shown in the mobile app on the canvas even though it is there and saved in the system. When creating an unsaved document, the signature shows as long the finger is on the screen and it disappears as soon as it is completed and finger is lifted.

Below is the mobile app screenshot of a saved document containing a signature which isn't being shown in the app.
Below screenshot shows the same document when opened from pc or laptop.
It works fine even on chrome for android.
