If you want to bind the model to an existing value, simply use that value as your ng-model
reference.

But as I understood that creates a new model instance within the directive.
Otherwise how is it possible to have 3 instance of "isSelected"? I need olny one. (see first screen)

The model behaviour is totally the opposite to the latest angular version.
