Testing for my last.fm account showed that all of the scrobbles from MS are being ignored with error code 1 (which is extremely unhelpful). There doesn't appear to be any issue with the actual data being sent as I handle (and have tested) other use cases in code like authentication failure, service unavailable, bad data, not enough data, etc...

I'm also not seeing any scrobbles to last.fm from web-scrobbler in my browser and it looks like last.fm has had issues in the last couple of days with users still responding to their last update. So my guess is this is an issue with their service rather than an issue with MS.

I have updated MS to do a better job of displaying when a track from last.fm is ignored, rather than their being an actual error, so that should give you a better idea of what is going on. Force update your container in unraid to get this update.

@Syco54645 can you try the latest develop build to see if that fixes your issue

That seems to have fixed it. I will continue to run the develop branch till it is merged master/default. Thanks so much!

Thank you @FoxxMD for adding that. I looked at the error code table and just had to laugh. This is a good case for setting up Maloja and then just scrobbling to last.fm from there. I am not sure if that is possible currently, I think #23 addresses that but in the other direction. Another solution could be some sort of a job queue but that is a bit much and probably out of scope. Sorry do not mean to overstep my bounds, just thinking aloud.

I know their service has had many issues in the past so I checked their status reporting but found nothing. In my experience this is par for the course but this change will at least be useful for users to know that it is working as intended.

I wanted to add here that I was able to manually scrobble by using http://universalscrobbler.com/ but that uses oauth it seems. Maybe something is messed up just for the api implementations currently. I have not dug any further than that right now.

@Syco54645 is this issue still ongoing?

@FoxxMD it is still ongoing. I am able to scrobble using universal scrobbler but multi-scrobbler is still failing. Has the issue resolved for you?
