I had to install raspotify manually and then install spotify-skill through the msm after activating the virtual environment to get the skill to work FYI

The "easy" way Dtcooper (Raspotify's owner) proposes to install Raspotify (wich worked for me) is:
curl -sL https://dtcooper.github.io/raspotify/install.sh | sh
I have proposed a change in the requirements.sh file.
