From the static populate call I would guess you are using Former 2.6.0, or earlier.
See if the solution in @laravel issue #1660 helps.

No, I'm using the latest agnostic code, with Laravel4, so that issue doesn't apply.

@joshuabaker Well Former 3 is still static, you just need to use the Former\Facades\Agnostic facade.
@barryvdh Added a failing test for this, will see about solving it as I still need to refactor checkables.

I'd say my usual "Should be good" but considering how long this bug has been running for, I'm waiting for any of you guys to come back tomorrow and say it's still broken :D
