I have made all the plots with annotations necessary. Open forecast.html to get the plots.

I don't think we need a server side application for this as the html file is pretty efficient at displaying the forecast.
However , if server app is needed , I can change minimal code and make it happen.

The labels can make the lines disappear on click for toggling between the stations.
Made it entirely functional to help with different sites.
Let me know if I need to add anything to the plots .Hope they are useful

Do we need a bokeh Tabs layout for this? . I tried to replicate the ucast.png layout but can make changes if necessary.
Also, I'm considering moving label toggles outside the plot as it may slightly obfuscate data in some cases ( although it can be avoided by scroll zooming past it).

Well done! I think the current bokeh dashboard is good starting point.
