Sorry I didn't get a chance to notify you about this one earlier, today was an outside consultancy day with much travel so unfortunately, no githubbin' there. I noticed this error yesterday right before bedtime and I'm fairly sure I solved it with this PR:

There is one drawback for now. The package is delivered by the server itself which is not ideal for
absorbing the load (yes success is at the end of the way ;) ). I rather would like to be served by a
CDN. I tried a few ones but all had serious put-away:

• github does not distribute binary files above a certain size.
• Google requires authenticate or is not curling friendly.
• Dropbox is slow at download, didn't manage to get above 200K

I though about SourceForge which has a distributed CDN for Open Source project which works really
well. I though about joining TYPO3 distribution files (but I fear it is going to be long discussion
and cost energy) or open a new project for us..

SourceForge would probably be my choice; maybe not by joining the dist. group (I agree about the energy cost, no surprise). But I can also ask Wildside if they will sponsor bandwidth - we have quite a few options for hosting which can also allow you to manage the hosted files (using WebDAV).
