[BUGFIX] Add check whether COOKIE is set about flux HOT 4 CLOSED

Actually, I am wondering if something is missing on the configuration side... I notice the JavaScript involved with the cookie setting in file /htdocs/typo3conf/ext/flux/Resources/Private/Templates/ViewHelpers/Widget/Grid/Index.html. So I am assuming something is not as it should... FYI, I have also flushed typo3temp as an additional measure (and didn't spare the clear cache button as well).

FYI, the error appears only / always when a fluidcontent_bootstrap element is on the Page (via Web > Page)

Thanks Fabien! I missed this one.

Added a check if no cookie exists, if none exists quickly return the "else" rendering.

Just to explain the logic, the cookie is not set until you collapse a content area inside a Flux-enabled CE. So naturally there should be a check :)
