Question: Typo3 6.2 and Namespaces about fluidpages HOT 3 CLOSED

Rewriting of this (and many other classes) is very much welcome, but should not be done until we have a working 6.2 stable release. When the official LTS version supports namespaces, so will we - very quickly after that :)

Any improvements to the code is welcome before that time, of course! Unless it breaks 4.5 compatibility - in which case, of course, it should also wait until 6.2 is standard.

Hi Heiko,

I'll close this issue but that doesn't mean the door is closed for additional questions or discussion about switching to namespaces and getting rid of deprecated usages - but let's save this for when we are a bit closer to 6.2 being released.

PS: I made a pull request for your pull request to fix some CGL, if you merge that one your PageService-workspaces PR is good to be merged, assuming it tests okay :)
