Since it's very rare that this is necessary I recommend using a simple SQL query:

UPDATE pages SET tx_fed_page_controller_action = '', tx_fed_page_controller_action_sub = '', tx_fed_page_flexform = ''

And you absolutely must know what you are doing since some combinations of parameters may case the BE to break with an exception when all these fields are cleared.

It should never be necessary to uninstall the extensions - but sometimes you do need to manually clear the cache tables (case: cache not cleared right before update, classes changed which previously were used by the hook subscriber for the cache clear command). After this you should be able to either use the "clear all caches" button or manually remove files from typo3temp to finally clean the configuration and cached files.
