Multiple languages should be supported - do you have a particular case where it is not?

Do you mean multilanguage in the FE or BE? There is an example here http://bootstrap.ecodev.ch/ (check menu language quite on the top). Furthermore there is a mini-tuto on the same website (with some explanation for the BE as well). Does it reply your question?
