Update gaze to support polling to allow watching for new and deleted files on network shares about gulp-watch HOT 6 CLOSED

Hi. I try'd to update gaze dependency to 0.6.x once, but it was unstable and most of the tests gone red. I can release 0.7.0-alpha.0 with updated dependency, so you can test it.
