@mitar For a quick and dirty hack, just execute iptables after flannel has started. Provided the overlay network has been configured to be 10.1.0.0/16:
iptables -t nat -I POSTROUTING -s 10.1.0.0/16 ! -d 10.1.0.0/16 -j MASQUERADE
