Hey, thanks for the information. The problem with this data is, that it's limited to very few stations. For most of the locations with a forecast there would be a discrepancy between the measured and forecasted values.
As far as I can see there are no coordinates of the measurement stations which is also a problem.

yepp, the list has only a few stations of germany and they are not connected with the IDs to the newer opendata of DWD.
So i'm a lucky guy - i live only a few km away of Stuttgart-Flughafen. The observationsare for me very helpful i use the wind data as a wind warning system for my blinds - the observed data is updated every 15min. This is the only source with real updated observed data i found .
The data from https://opendata.dwd.de/weather/weather_reports/poi/ are most of the time behind the actual time - so it's not very helpful.
