Save window position about filecentipede HOT 4 CLOSED

I am preparing to release 1.5

this option is added

(last-modified or date from HTTP headers)

(file creation time no POSIX solution, it's windows only.)

I prefer a new option "Save window position" instead of replacing "Save window size" to "Save window state"
