I can confirm that deb package is working on Ubuntu 18.04
uninstall with
sudo snap remove figma-linux, download .deb package install it, open System Monitor and kill all figma related processes and run newly installed software. Good luck and thank you @ChugunovRoman for resolving this u saved my day 👍

I have tried to launch it but, it not show me anything at all.
am on kali linux[2019|64bit]

Maybe related, on Ubuntu Disco Dingo:
/snap/figma-linux/2/figma-linux: error while loading shared libraries: libpng16.so.16: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
