have you documented them ?

All of this has been either completed or updated in two branches: doc/building (already merged) and doc/modules (detailed description of each module, with input/output and command line arguments).

The last remaining item is the creation of the AngioTK Book. This was supposed to be done using gitbook originally...

Since the AngioTK Book system was abandoned and we moved to Antora, we can close this issue.
