No, you can't. These embeddings are monolingual, and it is really important to train cross-lingual embeddings. Also, The fastText embeddings on the website are word embeddings and here you need cross-lingual BPE embeddings. I would suggest you wait until convergence, it will really be better. Also, 4 CPU is really not a lot. Training speed increases almost linearly with the number of CPUs, so I would recommend using as many CPU as possible.
