Error Linking against libthriftcpp2 about fbthrift HOT 2 CLOSED

Yep, I think the documentation is just out of date - you can choose async_eb to run in the IO threads, or async_tm to run in the ThreadManager threads.

Here is something interesting before closing the ticket.

Turns out that doing an

objdump -C -t libmy_thing.so 

Complained about undefined symbols for theTProtocol TProtocol Worked around that by using a BinarySerializer which uses ProtocolReader.

I know that method for example used to work under the regular apache thrift as of the 9.0 release.
