Thanks for the report.
I still have to think this one over a bit. While you are correct, I can't think 
of an
elegant solution to this, as utimately the preventCache does changes the url, 
it's
just that it does so for you.

In the mean time, the two obvious work around for this issue:
a) use ids. They are safer and cleaner.
b) No need to hold a reference to the LoadingItem from get(), you can grab it's 
url
directly:
var theURL : String = bulkLoader.add("some.xml", {preventCache:true}).url.url;
Then you can check against that.
