Please specify which checks this standalone script will perform; it's not quite clear. Do I get it right that it will:
- Query the anchoring service, retrieve a list of anchoring Bitcoin txs (or jsut txids) and the signed block headers for the anchored blocks
- Query
bitcoind, check that each of anchoring transactions is present in the Bitcoin Blockchain and anchors the corresponding Exonum block?
If this is right, then a Bitcoin oracle can simplify this process; indeed, it will store SPV proofs for anchoring transactions in the Exonum blockchain, so querying bitcoind will become optional.
Another question is: will this standalone script run together with built-in full node verification, or will the script completely replace it?
