hi halily,

There a lots of tutorials online, and stackoverflow covers this totally. Some googling should turn up lots of tips. Youtube is a great resource for sure.

We probably need a bit more info on what your UX is doing. Are you selecting a value from the list and want to preserve it? NSUserDefaults.standardUserDefaults() comes in super handy, maybe not always the purist way, but always works great when you need to access values that may be clicks away from where the data originated.

Singletons are probably good for this too, but I'm stuck with NSUserDefaults.standardUserDefaults() for now.

More data is needed I think to look at your issue.
