Can not reproduce this steps. For me - all the pipe parts are deadly.
Add more details.

As I tested this game only in iOS simulator and on iPad 4 - I can only imagine this bug.
I have no iPhone 5s - so any fixes are welcome.
Maybe you or somebody else happy iPhone 5s owner could help :)
PS - Splashy Crab is empty.

If you would like to see this bug, when choosing which simulator, choose download more and download the iOS 7 pack!
