Implement cluster connection about eventstore.jvm HOT 4 CLOSED

If you want to be fancy as you have a connection actor which makes it
easier you could even support multiple concurrent connections (runs)

If you have multiple concurrent connections to cluster nodes (.net tries to
keep one, there are good arguments for keeping many) make sure to prefer to
put to the master if possible and there is the requires master flag that
you may want to look at.
