Touch events

Colorwheel does not respond to touch events

Ability to programmatically set the color

This could probably be done by taking a color, converting it to HSL and then using that to set the position of each part, which would make eveninglily/drawingapp#25 possible, and extend the functionality of this greatly

Documentation/Code cleanup

The code is a huge, undocumented mess. It really needs to be documented.

There are also a ton of magic numbers floating around that need to be taken care of ASAP

There are also probably some style guidelines I should look at

Various Issues

Starting color is wrong in center
Starting outer selector is off-center (Fix ready for this)
Border is selectable
