No good news...
I can reproduce the problem in Parallels Desktop 9 as well.
You might have noticed that when pasting those strings into a Windows VM the caret moves randomly here and there. I figured this happens only when a string contains a number and the old version of Force Paste should not have this problem.
But I haven't been able to find a workaround for uppercase. I think it might be caused by this bug in Parallels Desktop:

I tried simulating caps lock, shift down etc., no dice.
