Thank you for rising this issue!

The .ignoreNonIncreasingOid class attribute has been refactored into keyword arguments long ago. I've just updated the documentation to reflect this.

As a side note, I'd advice you to migrate to the hlapi API as it's more efficient and better supported.

Thanks for the answer, it solved my Problem!
I missed the refactoring, sorry for that.

At the moment i will stay at the old API but it going to be an TODO to migrate to the hlapi API.
