Missing Docs for LogLevelFilter about log4rs HOT 4 CLOSED

There isn't anything to fix on this repo - the documentation rendered with the documentation URL that log reported at the time of the log4rs 0.7 release.

Thanks btw for Log4rs and even more for the Code-Example. I always like to have an default, hardcoded configuration as backup. (And the builder system makes completely sense, but is hard to "guess" without an example, so thanks.)
